I am usually the kind of person who believes in following daily routines. Especially my morning routine which is a very important part of my well-being and drinking Apple Cider Vinegar first thing in the morning is part of my routine.

Apple Cider Vinegar like other types of vinegar, is like acid to your body. If consuming directly, don’t drink it straight up! Instead, you should dilute it. Just add one tablespoon (at most 2) of vinegar to a glass of water. Diluting the ACV with water will be gentler on your throat and teeth.
Some foods can cancel out the vinegar’s effect and others may expand it. To be safe and to reap maximum benefits, drink ACV on an empty stomach. It’s a great way to kick start your day and boost your metabolism. But probably not the best as a bedtime drink.
Also, the acid in the ACV can erode your teeth enamel, so make sure you don’t consume it in large quantities and to protect your teeth, consider drinking with a straw. And wait at least half an hour before brushing your teeth afterward.
