Summer is in full swing so here’s a refreshing strawberry watermelon cooler recipe that’s just perfect for the summertime. Just four simple ingredients to blend and sip to energize your day!
Watermelons are my favorite in the summertime. Also smoothies seem like the perfect fit, especially in summer. The recipe that I am sharing with you today is very easy. It takes 5 ingredients, 1 blender and just 10 minutes!!
2-3 cups watermelon, cut into small 1″ cubes (seeds removed)
2 cups fresh or frozen strawberries
1 cup vanilla Greek yogurt (optional)
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 cup crushed ice
Place the watermelon, strawberries, lemon juice and Vanilla Greek yogurt in a blender.
Blend on high until the mix is smooth.
Add some crushed ice and blend more to make it thicker
Pour into your favorite glasses or mason jars. Sip and enjoy!!
